Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Approved reschedule requests may be completed without penalty.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable.

No-Shows

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Rebooking After Cancellation or No-Show

To rebook following a late cancellation or no-show, full payment is required at the time of scheduling.

Inconclusive Results

Inconclusive results are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subject to management approval.

Approval is not guaranteed.
