Results Turnaround Time

DNA test results are typically available within 3 to 4 weeks after the laboratory receives the completed sample.

Turnaround time begins once the sample arrives at the laboratory, not when the kit is ordered or delivered.

Processing times may vary slightly depending on:

  • Laboratory volume

  • Sample quality

  • Shipping transit times

  • Holidays or peak testing periods

Results are delivered electronically using the contact information provided during registration. 

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping Standard Shipping — $12.95
Orders shipped using standard delivery typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping Expedited Shipping — $24.95
Expedited delivery is available at checkout and typically arrives within 2–3 business days after processing.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday). Most orders are prepared and shipped within one business day after the order is received.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, you must make the request before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may qualify for return under the return policy below.

Returns and Refunds

Unopened kits may be returned if they are unused and in original condition.

If you receive your order and wish to return it:

  1. Do not open the package.

  2. Clearly mark the package "Return to Sender." on the outside shipping package, NOT the kit itself.

  3. Return the package through your local postal service.

  4. Notify customer support that the return has been initiated.

Refunds are typically processed after we receive and inspect the returned package.

Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error in fulfillment or damaged delivery.

Damaged Shipment Clause

If your package arrives damaged, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.

Opened Kit Policy

Due to the nature of DNA collection kits, opened or used kits are not eligible for return or refund.
